Most sauna websites carry six brands and tell you they are all great. We stock Clearlight and nothing else, because when a sauna is a five figure purchase that lives in your home for decades, the honest move is to pick the best built cabin and stand behind it completely. We are Clearlight's retail partner for Canada, we keep their saunas in stock in our Ontario warehouse, and every indoor model on this site is theirs.
Built around the heater, not the cabinet
A sauna is a heater with furniture around it, so the heater is where the engineering should be. Clearlight's patented True Wave heaters combine carbon and ceramic to deliver full spectrum infrared across the cabin, positioned front and back so the heat reaches you rather than the walls. It is the reason a Clearlight session feels even instead of hot-on-one-side.
Low EMF and ELF by design
If you are going to sit inches from electrical heaters several times a week, the electrical design matters. Clearlight engineers its cabins specifically to keep EMF and ELF exposure low, and it is one of the few manufacturers that treats this as a core spec rather than a footnote. For a lot of our buyers this is the deciding factor between Clearlight and the cheaper cabins on marketplaces.
A limited lifetime warranty, honoured in Canada
Clearlight backs its residential saunas with a limited lifetime warranty, which is not a common promise in this category. And because we are the retailer, you are not left translating a US warranty process: inside Ontario our own team supports your sauna, and everywhere else in Canada Clearlight handles warranty service directly.
Thirty years of doing one thing
Clearlight was founded by Dr. Raleigh Duncan, a chiropractic physician who has spent roughly three decades refining infrared sauna design, and the saunas are built in Clearlight's own factory from eco certified mahogany and North American basswood with non toxic finishes. These are the same cabins used in clinics, training facilities and sauna studios, which is a harder duty cycle than any home will ever ask of them.
What being the retailer means for you
You buy from the people who crate, ship and, in Southern Ontario, install your sauna. We hold stock in Canada, so you are not waiting on a cross border shipment or paying surprise duties. Your deposit is verified by a phone call with a specialist who has stood inside every model we sell. And when you call two years from now, you reach the company that sold you the sauna, not a dropshipper who changed brands last quarter.
Honest caveat: we are not neutral. We chose Clearlight and we profit when you buy one. Our claim is narrower and more useful than neutrality: we compared the cabins on build, heater design, electrical engineering and warranty, picked the one we were willing to stake our name on, and skipped the rest.
