Every model reserves online with a $250 refundable deposit. A specialist confirms fit, access and electrical on the verification call before any balance is due, so a wrong pick costs you nothing.
How to choose between them
Start with where the sauna will live. A basement corner or spare room points to the Sanctuary 1 or 2, both of which fit through a standard doorway. Couples who want to recline rather than sit upright usually land on the Sanctuary 2 or 3. The Y, C and Retreat suit shared households: the C tucks into a corner a rectangular cabin wastes, and the Retreat is the pick for wheelchair access or hot yoga. If the sauna is going in the backyard and you are in Ontario, the Serenity Mini and Serenity Sauna are Canadian built cedar rooms with a proper sauna heater, installed by our own crews.
The two questions that decide it
First, power. The Sanctuary 1 runs on an ordinary household outlet; larger models need a dedicated 120V/20A or 240V circuit, which an electrician can usually add in an afternoon. Most saunas are used by one or two people at a time even in large households, so buy for your routine, not your guest list. Our sizing guide covers this in detail.
