Who you are buying from

CanadaSaunas.ca is operated by Aquatic Home Living Ontario Inc., an Ontario corporation. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable manufacturer promotions at the time of order. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout and on the balance invoice.

Deposits and order verification

Online checkout collects a 50 percent deposit. Every order is then verified by phone: we confirm the model, finish, delivery address, site access, base or room, and electrical requirements. The remaining balance is invoiced and must be paid before the order ships or installation is booked. If verification shows the ordered model does not suit your space, you may switch models or cancel for a full deposit refund before the balance is collected.

Delivery

Shipping is free across Canada. Within our Southern Ontario service area, delivery includes placement, assembly and electrical hookup as described on our delivery page. Outside the service area, delivery is a curbside crated freight shipment; assembly and electrical are the buyer's responsibility. Remote postal codes, the territories and Newfoundland may require a custom freight arrangement confirmed during verification. Outdoor saunas are sold and delivered in Ontario only.

Installation scope

Included electrical work covers up to 80 feet of 6/3 cable, a GFCI breaker, a main panel breaker, up to 5 feet of trenching, labour and the ESA permit and inspection. Cable runs beyond 80 feet, panel upgrades and site preparation such as pads or decking are not included and are quoted separately before work begins.

Returns and cancellations

[Pending Wellness Shop policy: cancellation window, restocking terms, return freight responsibility on drop shipped orders, and condition requirements.]

Warranty

Saunas are covered by their manufacturer warranties. Within Ontario, warranty service is coordinated by our team. Outside Ontario, Clearlight provides warranty service directly for Clearlight products.

Pricing accuracy

Prices and promotions are intended to be current but may change without notice and may contain errors. We confirm the exact price on the verification call before any balance is collected; if a listed price was in error, you may accept the corrected price or cancel for a full deposit refund.
